Can I just ask, where has this year gone? I mean, for god's sake, it's already past the middle of October. I'll be 25 in two days' time! Which means less that two months to get Masa's present ready for his birthday and then figure out what in the blazes to get him for Christmas. Time's just flown by this year, it seems.

Oh, you know, buried in coursework. Thankfully, we've gotten everything unpacked into the house I inherited. The cats can now tear up and down stairs when they want to chase each other, so it makes going down to the kitchen first thing in the morning something of an obstacle course.

Cute. If I thought I'd make a decent pet parent I'd talk to Fanboy about getting a cat but neither of us are really home often. And that weirdo pet translator would creep the hell outta me so even less intensive for animals in the flat.

Ahh, I know you don't, but I still feel bad. And they've been going well for me. I think I'll be able to edge into World Number One for the end of this year with the ATP Finals. Whether that will last through next year...well.. it depends on how Tezuka and I play.
