The Dare Game:
If you would like to take part, please abide by these simple rules.
1) Comment to this post with whether you would like me to dare you or if you would like a 'truth' instead. I will be willing to ask you a question if you are unwilling to preform a dare.

You know, the worst part of being an intern with a second job is the messed up sleep schedule. I swear, if Im not working, I'm sleeping or entertaining cats. Thankfully, Bond and Sudoku are mellowing some, though I still worry about Nana. She still seems so depressed, no matter how much attention I give her myself. The poor girl.
At last, I seem to be done with school. I must say, it's quite refreshing to be free of that place. Of course, now there's the question of if we should move or just tolerate the commute since it looks like my internship might not be in Tokyo. (ooc: Mana? Want him and Kenya at the same hospital?)
In other news, having the wedding in New York this winter seems to have fallen through. I'm rather disappointed, and I think Masa is as well, but we don't think we'll be able to travel then, and many of the people we wish to have in attendance won't be able to make it. So instead, we're using Tokyo Tower. Much easier for all the guests to get to. And yes, Marui-kun, your little girl is more than welcome to attend as well if you wish to bring her. I'm hoping to get the announcements in the mail in the next few weeks. So what if it won't be legally recognized? It's the ceremony that matters to us, and the celebration with friends and family.
On the matter of family, I could use some help, Akutsu-san. Masa and I have located his brother, but we can't get to him. It seems he's in a rather sub-par house of ill repute. I don't know if this lies within your territory or not, but you have much better means to go in and rescue Masaru. I've attached a photo of him and the address of where he's at for your eyes only. I know you and Masa are...as close to friends as someone of your reputation dares to be with a civilian, so if nothing else, please do this for his sake?

I seem to have found myself with an abundance of free time, as I was able to test out of the "mandatory" English class the school has recently instituted. And considering I have a nice set of clubs that have never been used, it seems high time for me to start golfing again. I don't suppose anyone else plays, do they?
Woke up to the sounds of yowling and breaking glass. Apparently, the boys must have done something to Nana, because she slapped Bond off the counter in the bathroom so hard, he took a glass with him. Sudoku was smart enough to run and hide under the bed. None of the cats got cut, but I just pulled a good sized shard from my big toe. >.<
Hard to believe Valentine's day is tomorrow already. Where did the time go? Perhaps swallowed up in studying for finals and plans for the wedding. Nevertheless, Masa, I hope a nice dinner out will be enough. The date snuck up on me too fast to plan anything as elaborate as last year. Love you, Petenshi~

I apologize for being unable to attend, but I did not think either of you would appreciate me coming and potentially giving everyone else the head cold I've picked up. I must say, Christmas this year was delightful. Even with Nana and Sudoku climbing the tree every chance they got. Oddly enough, Bond wanted nothing to do with it, and watched his brother and sister from the safety of the cat tree or my lap. Atobe-kun, thank you for the invite to your party, and I do so hope you enjoyed the gift. Now, however, I shall be off to enjoy my winter break from Uni.
Happy birthday, Masaharu. I've got something planned for this evening, so I want you to go out and spend the day relaxing. There's a reservation at a spa in your name, so enjoy their services while I prepare everything. I've sent them a change of clothes for you, so please wear those when you come home. Love you, Masa~

Can I just ask, where has this year gone? I mean, for god's sake, it's already past the middle of October. I'll be 25 in two days' time! Which means less that two months to get Masa's present ready for his birthday and then figure out what in the blazes to get him for Christmas. Time's just flown by this year, it seems.
Well, I have received some rather unfortunate news. A great aunt that I met perhaps once or twice as a child has passed away. As tragic as it sounds, she did live a long and happy life, and according to the email I've gotten, left everything to me. Including a rather nice house, if the photographs my sister took are any indication. So as soon as this lovely trip that Atobe-san ends, I will do what needs to be done to take over ownership. And then start packing up and moving in. This is going to be a very busy fall, it seems.

It is quite fortuitous for me that my instructors will let me submit assignments online for the duration of the trip Masa and I have been invited on. I am very grateful for the invitation, Atobe-san, thank you. I think dropping your name helped me a great deal with their willingness to let me make up what I will be missing in other ways; they all seemed quite jealous that I have been given the honor of an all expense paid holiday thanks to you.
Anyone ever felt like you're being punished for having summer break? As in, even though it isn't your fault that school is not in session during that time, your instructors still feel the need to be unnecessarily cruel when classes resume because they resent the fact that the break happened and are punishing their students for having enjoyed the time off. Seriously feeling that way about some of my classes right now. It's like the professors think we went out and forgot absolutely everything we've learned since Golden Week, which is a complete fallacy. And to top it all off, the trip was...far less fruitful than Masa and I had hoped.*sigh*
