Woke up to the sounds of yowling and breaking glass. Apparently, the boys must have done something to Nana, because she slapped Bond off the counter in the bathroom so hard, he took a glass with him. Sudoku was smart enough to run and hide under the bed. None of the cats got cut, but I just pulled a good sized shard from my big toe. >.<
Thank god the semester has barely started. Today was one of my short days and I ended up missing class because I got there, got everything out to take notes, and realized I had a hitch hiker. Yes, Bond climbed into my backpack this morning, and since I was running a bit late getting out the door, I didn't know he was in there until I was in class. He's lucky I haven't gone out and bought a kennel just for him for when we need to leave the house. As it is, he knows he's in trouble, so he's being a little suck up. Thankfully, my teacher was more than understanding about the matter. *sigh* It's one of those Mondays, you know?

Thanks to Hiroshi's appearance yesterday, all the kids have names now. I'm also starting to see personalities in them. Nana is absolutely Masa's little princess. The way she perches on his shoulder even without much sense of balance is just adorable, and her meows are so little and squeaky that it's hard to resist cuddling her. Sudoku, on the other hand, is her polar opposite. He's the loudest of the trio, and he's not afraid to tell you what he thinks or wants. He also has a habit of trying to climb legs, and when you catch him doing it, he naturally looks at you like it's your fault he's climbing you. And then there's Bond. My little guy thinks he's a ninja, always stalking the windows and doors if he even so much as thinks they're going to be opened. We'll have to keep a close eye on him the older he gets, the little boy is too interested in the outside for my comfort. It makes me glad that the shelter put microchips in them all.
