Anyone ever felt like you're being punished for having summer break? As in, even though it isn't your fault that school is not in session during that time, your instructors still feel the need to be unnecessarily cruel when classes resume because they resent the fact that the break happened and are punishing their students for having enjoyed the time off. Seriously feeling that way about some of my classes right now. It's like the professors think we went out and forgot absolutely everything we've learned since Golden Week, which is a complete fallacy. And to top it all off, the trip was...far less fruitful than Masa and I had hoped.*sigh*

Is that specific to literature, or are you generalizing that to pre-med as well?
